  • Abstract

The ZnO thin films obtained by spray pyrolysis method applied at different temperatures of glass substrates have been studied by the methods of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The zinc acetate dihydrate dissolved in distilled water (concentration of 0,3 M) was used as an initial precursor. The influence of substrate temperature on the grain size, phase structure, films’ texture quality, lattice constants, size of coherent scattering domains has been studied. The research results can be used in the development of functional solar cells layers.
